Terms of Service

1. The Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Prompt Architect (“PA”, “we”, “us”), a free web application for designing and sharing AI image prompts. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account & Eligibility

You sign in with Google or with an email address. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). You are responsible for activity under your account; tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. The service is free

PA is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers in the future; if we do, your existing free access to the features you already use will continue unless we give you reasonable notice.

4. Your API keys (BYOK)

When you choose to generate images, you bring your own API keys for OpenAI, Replicate, Stability AI, Ideogram, Black Forest Labs or Google. Those keys are stored only in your browser's local storage and are sent directly from your browser to the model provider. They never reach our servers. You alone are responsible for charges incurred against those keys, for honouring each provider's terms, and for any content you generate.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PA to:

• generate or share content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or that depicts the sexual exploitation of minors;
• infringe a third party's intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• circumvent the safety, content or rate-limiting policies of the underlying model providers;
• attempt to access another user's account or our underlying infrastructure without authorisation;
• scrape, automate, or otherwise abuse the service in a way that degrades it for others.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts, custom styles and share cards you create. By submitting a prompt, custom style or share card to a public surface within PA (such as the community gallery), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content within the service. You can delete your submissions at any time.

7. AI-generated output

Output from third-party models is governed by each model provider's own terms. We make no representation about the accuracy, originality or fitness for any purpose of model output. You are responsible for reviewing it before using it commercially.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by signing out and contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to the service or other users.

9. No warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PA and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the service. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed USD 100.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
